Item: "Apigenin Supplement 100mg│98% Highly Purified│Apigenin Supplement for Sleep, Mood, Cognition and Relaxation│Non-GMO, No Fillers - 60 Capsules"~I got these to take for long-term health, and I wasn't looking for / expecting any immediate benefits, though apparently it can help with sleep. I take multiple things to help me with that, so I can never tell how much any particular one is contributing. I haven't noticed any negative side effects.They're medium-sized capsules; I have some difficulty with swallowing capsules, but if I take them with something warm, flavored, or carbonated, it makes it easier.

Well I ordered a sample of this product because I have a terrible time trying to fall asleep at night and Apigenin is supposed to have a relaxing and sedation affect which could help me fall asleep faster. I found that this Boscent brand Apigenin has a very functional and intact safety seal which is important to me so I can feel confident that the product has not been tampered with. This brand also has the usual endorsements and says it was formulated in the USA but does not list where it is manufactured and where the ingredients come from which I find disappointing. So far I have found the effects of Apigenin to be somewhat mild but then again any help is a positive even though your mileage may vary.
