This FAQ applies to orders placed on the Boscent online store. Orders purchased on Amazon follow Amazon's shipping and return policies.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Processing means we pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Once it ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Email support@boscent.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll always try, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, products, flavors, and the shipping address can't be changed or cancelled.
Ordered the wrong product or flavor and it already shipped? Contact us after delivery and we'll walk you through a return. Return postage may be your responsibility.
Our products are made with natural premium ingredients and should be safe to use with medications. However we advise that you consult with a medical professional.
If the order ships to a valid but incorrect address entered at checkout, you're responsible for reaching the recipient at that address.
If the address doesn't exist, the package may be returned to us. Once we receive and process it, we can redirect it or refund the product cost.
Shipping and return-shipping fees aren't refundable in either case.

No. U.S. orders ship from within the U.S. and Canadian orders ship from within Canada, so no import duties or customs fees apply.
We have been able to create and standardize a highly potent Cistanche extract which is standardized to a minimum of 50% Echinacoside and 10% Acetoside (Verbascoside). It is also important to note that many other Cistanche supplements on the market do not test or standardize to these bioactive compounds that make Cistanche such a potent and highly sought-after supplement.

Usually not. Carriers can take a business day or two to scan a package after pickup. If tracking still hasn't moved a few business days after your shipping email, email support@boscent.com with your order number.
• Check around your delivery area: entryways, mailboxes, neighbors, or your building's front desk.
• Wait 24–48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early, and many turn up within a day or two.
• Still missing? Email support@boscent.com with your order number. We review lost, stolen, and delayed cases individually. and will work with you on the right resolution.
Boscent offers shipping insurance to protect your order in transit.
Email support@boscent.com as soon as you receive it within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the product and the packaging as it arrived
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Boscent covers return shipping and any replacement.
You can return products within 30 days of the delivery date. To start, email support@boscent.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions.
Yes. We accept returns on opened products within 30 days of delivery. Try it, and if it's not right for you, send it back.

• We do when the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No. There are no restocking fees, ever.
We don't run a separate exchange process. Instead:
• Return the item you don't want for a refund.
• Place a new order for the product or flavor you'd prefer.
If the new order needs to go out urgently, email support@boscent.com and we'll help you time it.
• Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you the outcome.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Amazon orders are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please start the return through your Amazon account.
